Pre-Purchase Building & Pest Inspections

With all our building and pest inspections, we go the extra mile to thoroughly investigate the property that you intend to purchase and provide a written account of any safety hazards and minor or major defects that may exist.  Our building inspection report will outline the overall condition of the property compared to similarly constructed and reasonably maintained buildings of approximately the same age.

We use the Latest Technology

We utilise thermal imaging and moisture detection to assist us with bringing you a comprehensive pre-purchase building report.  Pests such as termites are more common than you think and thrive in warm, humid climates that the Gold Coast is known for.  At Burleigh Building Inspections we use sophisticated technology to detect problems through walls, ceilings and floors.  Devices such as Thermal Imaging will locate and confirm the presence of termites with the greatest accuracy without having to damage walls, floors or ceilings physically. Using the latest technology will assist us with bringing you a comprehensive pre-purchase building and pest report. We also provide reports that are easy to understand inclusive of photos which visually demonstrate defects and timber pest damage. Our reports are not just a list of defects leaving you guessing we provide solutions and follow up customer care after you have received your report.

We’re Here to Help

We prefer you to be onsite so you can ask us any questions, however if this is not possible we will call you to go through our findings.  If after reading your report you still have questions, we are more than happy to explain our findings and solutions in further detail.
